How to choose the correct Appointment Outcome

• package_sold

  Client bought a package today (new package), with multiple future sessions included.

• membership_sold

  Client started a membership today with recurring payments and ongoing benefits.

• promo_only

  Client came specifically for a promo, completed only that promo treatment, and did not buy package or membership today.

• completed_single_session

  Client completed one paid treatment today (full-price or non-promo), no package/membership purchased.

• no_sale_lost

  Client came in for a treatment visit, but no treatment was done and no payment was made for anything.

• consult_only

  Consultation only – no treatment performed today and no purchase yet; they are still deciding.

• incomplete_session

  Treatment started but not finished (stopped early, equipment/medical issue, etc.) and they need to come back to complete it.
